  • Total Cost including Processing: 6.25 / lb. hanging weight

Half Hog

  • Non-Refundable Deposit: $125.00
  • Total Cost including Processing: $6.75 / lb. hanging weight

Grass Fed Beef

Whole Beef

  • Non-Refundable Deposit: $600
  • Total Cost including Processing: $7.00/lb on hanging weight

Half Beef

  • Non-Refundable Deposit: $500
  • Total Cost including Processing: $7.50/lb on hanging weight

All deposits for whole & halves go towards final payment which is due prior to pick up.
Customers will pick up their meat directly from the processor or may arrange delivery with us.

Prices include processing fees. Cut sheets will be supplied prior to your processing date.

**Pricing is subject to change at any time based on market fluctuations. Once you pay your reservation deposit your final price per pound is locked in. **
